Zenkai Cubs (Ages 4–7)
Zenkai Cubs is our fun, structured introduction to judo for children aged 4–7. Sessions focus on developing balance, coordination, confidence, and basic judo movements through age-appropriate games and partner activities.
Children will learn:
Safe falling and movement skills
Basic throws and groundwork foundations
Listening, teamwork, and respect for others
Classes are delivered in a positive, supportive environment that helps children build confidence, discipline, and a love for judo, preparing them for progression into Zenkai Warriors as they grow.
