Zenkai Teens & Seniors is designed for athletes aged 14 and over, offering structured judo training for beginners, returning players, and experienced judoka. Sessions focus on technical development, physical conditioning, and applied practice in a disciplined and supportive environment.

Training includes:

Technical throwing combinations and gripping strategies

Groundwork, transitions, and positional control

Conditioning and movement specific to judo

Controlled randori to develop timing, confidence, and tactical awareness


This class supports a wide range of goals — from general fitness and skill development to competition preparation and grading progression. Emphasis is placed on personal improvement, respect, and long-term participation in the sport.
